1. Agreement to Terms

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Attraction Tickets and Tour Bookings

When you book tours online or buy attraction tickets through our platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Dubai Family Tours. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3.2 Special Offers and Discounts

New customers are eligible for an exclusive 50% discount on bookings made within one hour of registration. This offer is subject to terms and conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods. Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour or attraction visit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.

4.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4.3 Weather and Force Majeure

In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Dubai Family Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours. Full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in such cases.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Dubai Family Tours services, you agree to:

2. Arrive at designated meeting points on time for scheduled tours
3. Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by tour guides
4. Respect local customs and regulations during tours and attraction visits
5. Supervise children at all times during family tours and activities

7. Report any issues or concerns during your tour experience

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dubai Family Tours and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

Dubai Family Tours reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
